DELIVERY AND RETURNS

HOW TO BUY:

  1. Select your size and color.

Make sure you have chosen the correct size by using the guidelines in our size chart.

All clothing is shown in Central European sizes, through the size guide you will see its equivalent in other systems.

 

  1. Choose the country in which you wish to receive your purchase. We ship to most countries, if you do not find yours please send an email to info@biaaf.com

-Depending on the country the shipping costs will vary.

-Remember that customs duties/taxes may apply to countries out of the European Union.

  1. In order to complete your purchase, you need to select either payment with a credit card or with a PayPal account. Both are secure methods of payment.
  2. Complete the form with your address, billing information, and select your desired method of payment.
  3. If your data is validated, the request will complete successfully and you will see the confirmation of purchase along with your order reference. You will also receive this information via e-mail.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs differ depending on the country of destination and the product. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and are reflected in the payment page.

The goods always travel with postage prepaid and charged on the invoice.

We remind you that customs charges or taxes of the country shall be borne by the customer.

CUSTOMS & TAXES:

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

You can make payments through PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to buy at www.biaaflab.com

 

DELIVERY:

Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day of being placed.

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped.

The exact delivery date will vary depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery times are approximate and a delay in it in any does not include a possible claim for damages.

TRACKING ORDERS:

When the order leaves the BIAAF warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of the carrier company.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?

For safety reasons, we cannot change the address to which your order is shipped. In case you are not present at the moment of delivery, the carrier will leave a note with information in order to organize a new delivery date or informing where you can pick up your package.

 

RETURNS:

If for any reason upon receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt for returning your shipment. Returned items must be in its original condition, unused with all product labels and all accessories included.

-We remind you that customs charges or taxes of the country when shipping to Spain shall be borne by the customer.

Product returns that are incomplete, damaged, modified, or in any condition which BIAAF can reasonably believe have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Please take note of the following return conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges.

HOW TO RETURN A SHIPMENT:

Enter in the original package the item or items you want to return along with the return form which was included in the original shipment.

  1. Put the product in the original shipping box.
  2. Complete the returns form and include it in the box.
  3. Contact your courier of choice to arrange the time of collection.
